THE ENGINEER
Jan Ohlhorst brings over 20 years of expertise spanning all audio-related fields, from production and recording to mixing and mastering.
What began as a passion for recording and producing music as a teenager quickly evolved into professional opportunities as a live mixer and studio mixing engineer. He studied electrical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences, which provided the technical foundation for his diverse career in audio.
Beyond traditional audio engineering, Jan has developed professional loudspeakers under the Suter/Ohlhorst brand and creates innovative audio plugins through his company "Ohlhorst Digital." This diverse experience across hardware and software development provides him with a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of audio production.
